What is included in the pricing?
As a retailer, we offer a variety of products and services, including helping you customize the home to fit your needs and budget. We are also responsible for coordinating the delivery and installation of your home. Even before that, we can help to arrange financing and insurance coverage site work and work with partners that offer very favorable terms to our customers.
What are other costs related to a Manufactured Home Project?

What does site work mean?
Site Work includes - Permits, Foundation Prep, Utility Connections, Porches, Gutters, Calling for Inspections, and anything needed to get the site ready for the home.
What is the difference between a mobile home and a manufactured?
The only difference between the two types of homes is the date they were built. A factory-built home prior to June 15, 1976 is a MOBILE home and one built after June 15, 1976 is a MANUFACTURED home.
What is the difference between a modular home and a manufactured home?
The primary difference between modular and manufactured homes is that modular homes are built to the same local, state and regional building codes required for on-site homes, while manufactured homes are held to a federal code set by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). Since this is a Federal standard, a manufactured home is PRE-APPROVED and is legally allowed to be located anywhere in the USA!
Who can help me with site work or can I do it myself?
If you are a contractor, you are welcome to prepare your own site along with our guidance. We recommend several contractors so that you can get a competitive bid.
