Thomas Shawl
Permits & Service Manager
Thomas Shawl works with customers to submit permits for their new home and manage the Service Department. Thomas has a strong background in permit management and customer service.

Lead Service Tech
Mike, our lead service technician, works closely with you after delivery to finish the interior of you new home. Mike is extremely conscientious and personable in a way that endears him to customers. He will make sure that you are completely satisfied with your new Marlette. Mike has been with Heritage since day 1 and he knows how to make customers happy.
Andrew Strobel
Service Tech
Andrew apprentices under our Service Manager and Lead supporting customers with his hands-on knowledge of tools as well as his responsible manner. Andrew is meticulous in his work and a great member to the Service Department.

It all began in Marlette, Michigan in 1953 when Earl Swett, Charlie Ballard and Paul Riedle began making manufactured homes in a converted lumber company under the name of Marlette Coach Company. Today, Marlette remains an icon within the manufactured housing industry. Located in Hermiston Oregon, near the border of Washington State, Marlette continues to pioneer new standards for design and quality that have repeatedly earned it "Manufacturer of the Year".
Marlette's brand and reputation for quality earned it a deep loyalty and so Heritage focuses exclusively on Marlette homes. During the 2008 housing recession, many others went by the wayside or became outsourced builders for other brands. Today, only Marlette continues its proud tradition of building a single brand Marlette home.
Heritage Home Center carries this tradition forward, selling only quality Marlette Homes.
