Vic McCown

Vic is a Heritage Home Center veteran with 15 years at the dealership. Vic knows the Marlette manufactured home from the ground up and has helped hundreds of customers realize their dream of home ownership. One of Vic's specialties is helping customers to prepare and submit their homeowner's permit. He has worked with most Western Washington counties including Snohomish, Whatcom and King Counties. His manufactured housing knowledge and experience can help smooth out the permit process by avoiding most common problems.

One of Vic's proudest accomplishments was being selected as "Salesperson of the Year." He was widely recognized as one of the industry's top professionals at a banquet held by Marlette Homes.

When Vic is not impressing customers with his knowledge and wit (he loves a good joke), he spends quality leisure time in Granite Falls, WA. He is a devoted husband and proud father of 2 children who also live and work in Washington State.

John Devoille

John brings a rich and varied career to Heritage Home Center.  He has over 32 years of industry experience, selling homes from every major homebuilder.  Having sold nearly 1,000 manufactured homes, John’s achievement is undisputed, and he knows what it takes to be the best-of-the-best.

John has an impressive ability to understand his customer’s needs and visualize them to design the perfect floor plan. Soon after joining Heritage, John used his innate talent for design to create a special floor plan that is suitable for senior’s parks and private land. His design has since become one of Marlette Homes’ bestsellers. John’s unique creative ability and superior salesmanship has earned him a recognized place in the industry as one of its consummate professionals.
